This complimentary consultation allows us to learn your pet’s routine, preferences, and personality while giving you peace of mind before services begin. We take a thoughtful, unhurried approach—because exceptional care starts with understanding every detail. During your Meet & Greet, we will: Get acquainted with you and your pet in their home environment Review your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, and exercise needs Discuss medications, health concerns, and special instructions Learn about behavior, triggers, and comfort preferences Review home access, security details, and emergency contacts Answer any questions and tailor services to your expectations Why it matters: This visit ensures your pet feels safe and familiar with us, reduces stress during future visits, and allows us to provide truly personalized, attentive care from day one.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thoughtful planning ensures the highest level of care for your pets. To provide a seamless, reliable experience, our booking policies are designed with both your convenience and your pet’s well-being in mind. Advance Booking We recommend scheduling services as early as possible to secure your preferred dates—especially for weekends, holidays, and peak travel times. Cancellations & Changes We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or adjustments. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a fee, as time has been reserved specifically for your pet. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept secure, convenient online payments for a smooth and hassle-free experience. Home Access & Security A reliable method of home access is required prior to service. Details will be finalized during your Meet & Greet to ensure safe and efficient entry for each visit. Emergencies In the event of an emergency, you will be contacted immediately.
