Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thoughtful planning ensures the highest level of care for your pets. To provide a seamless, reliable experience, our booking policies are designed with both your convenience and your pet’s well-being in mind. Advance Booking We recommend scheduling services as early as possible to secure your preferred dates—especially for weekends, holidays, and peak travel times. Cancellations & Changes We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or adjustments. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a fee, as time has been reserved specifically for your pet. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept secure, convenient online payments for a smooth and hassle-free experience. Home Access & Security A reliable method of home access is required prior to service. Details will be finalized during your Meet & Greet to ensure safe and efficient entry for each visit. Emergencies In the event of an emergency, you will be contacted immediately.
